How does the PayPartners™ MasterCard® differ from a credit card or bank debit card?

All PayPartners™ cards allow you to spend only the amount of funds you place on your card. No bank account needed, no credit checks and no application. It works like a credit card and can be used at ATMs and retail stores worldwide.

How does the PayPartners™ card protect my identity?

The money on your PayPartners™ card is not linked to your credit bureau information or any of your other accounts.

How can I get a PayPartners™ card?

Simply enroll at your workplace. This is an employer sponsored benefit. No applications or credit checks.

Where can I use my PayPartners™ card?

The PayPartners™ MasterCard® cards can be used at over 900,000 ATMs and millions of retail stores worldwide. It can be used to purchase groceries, gas, or anything you would like. It works like a credit card, but you can only spend the amount of funds you place on your card. Be sure to check your balance online frequently or call customer service (and use the automated attendant).

Two cards? How does that work?

If you enroll in the PayPartners™ Remittance program you will receive two PayPartners™ debit cards at the time of your enrollment. You will send the green remit card to whoever you want to be able to send money too. If you only enroll in the PayPartners™ direct deposit program you will receive the PayPartners™ MasterCard® debit card.

How and where do I load cash onto my PayPartners™ card?

Currently all funds are loaded onto your card by direct deposit from your employer.

How much money can I keep on my PayPartners™ MasterCard® debit card?

You can keep up to $10,000.00 on your card. Please review the online Cardholder Agreement for the most up-to-date information about your PayPartners™ card.

How am I protected if I lose my card?

Your PayPartners™ card can only be used for ATM and PIN-based transactions utilizing your personal PIN number that only you know; this PIN will prevent unauthorized usage. Your PayPartners™ MasterCard® debit card can be used at ATM's and at retail stores via PIN-based as well as signature-based transactions. You should sign the back of your card upon receipt for your protection. Report a lost or stolen card immediately by calling customer service.

What if I forgot my PIN?

Call customer service. Be prepared to provide your personal account information.

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Immediately contact customer service. Immediately contacting customer service can eliminate or reduce losses.

How can I check my balance, review transactions or download statements?

You can check your account by either logging into your account online or by calling the customer service attendant.

Can I return merchandise purchased with my card?

Yes, all store purchases can be returned in accordance with the retailer's return policy. Any refunds or credits will be credited back to your PayPartners™ card account. You will not be charged a transaction fee for credits.

What if I don't have enough money in my account, can I make a purchase?

No, since your card is prepaid, you can only spend the available balance on your card. However, sometimes a merchant will make a mistake and approve a transaction even though your account did not have the funds to cover the full amount of the transaction. Should this occur, the primary cardholder will be responsible for the transaction, and will be charged applicable overdraft fee(s). Please see your cardholder agreement for additional information.

What if I disagree with a transaction that has posted to my account?

You can go online to the 'Contact Us' form or you can call customer service and a representative will assist you. We have award winning customer service and we pride ourselves in putting the customer first!
