PayPartners to Issue Cards Globally with First Pay

ATLANTA, GA -- May 15, 2007 -- RTP Financial Services, d/b/a PayPartners today announced an agreement with Telextreme, Inc. to provide the First Pay Globe Wallet Visa prepaid debit card to their growing number of affiliates throughout the world. The new Visa card will be issued to and used for commission payouts to the existing 50,000 Telextreme affiliates, with growth projections of half a million or more affiliates by year end 2008.

In addition to providing the First Pay Globe Wallet Visa card, PayPartners actively recruited Continuum Payment Solutions (AIM: CPSS) to provide credit card processing services for those affiliates and customers who are buying products and services via credit card. The goal according to Ryan Powers, Managing Partner of PayPartners, "was to create a payment platform with the capability to handle both the issuance of the Globe Wallet Visa prepaid debit cards as well as the acquiring processor for the credit and debit card transactions. By blending these capabilities together Telextreme will be able to reduce their cost of merchant acquiring while providing their affiliates around the globe with access to all of the services and functionality available with a Visa branded card."

PayPartners and Continuum are in the process of establishing a global card loading network that will enable Telextremes affiliates to load their Globe Wallet prepaid cards at financial institutions throughout the world. In combination with the issuing bank and cooperating banks in-country where the cardholders reside, the Global Wallet Visa card can be loaded with over-the-counter cash payments at thousands of banking locations worldwide enabling the affiliate to use their cards at retailers, on the internet and to purchase more goods and services from Telextreme.

Ed Weaver, President of Telextreme, said that, "we are excited about our partnership with PayPartners. They listened to the issues facing our rapidly growing business and have been able to create a complete payment platform that will allow us to concentrate on growing our business while they assist us in managing our payments to affiliates worldwide and receipts from our customers."

Powers said, "Being chosen by Telextreme to manage their payment processing system is a tremendous honor and responsibility. PayPartners is uniquely capable of supporting direct marketers like Telextreme that require global payments support during a time of rapid growth. The uniqueness of the MLM model coupled with the complexities of doing business globally, provide for a significant value proposition to TelExtreme. We believe that the partnership between our two companies will provide a powerful combination to fuel the growth of both organizations."
